TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through bornvilja.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Prices
All prices in the webshop are stated in SEK and include 25% Swedish VAT (moms).
I reserve the right to make price changes due to errors in pricing from suppliers, incorrect pricing in the price list, as well as inaccuracies in prices and reserve the right to adjust the price.
3. Orders and Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that all information is correct.
If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact bornvilja@gmail.com.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna.
Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and artwork on this website are the intellectual property of Rebecka Karlsborn / BornVilja and are protected by copyright.
Purchasing an artwork grants you the right to display it for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
I accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
I accept no liability for delays or failures to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond my control (force majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, government decisions, negligence, or failure to deliver from suppliers.
9. Personal Data
I process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
10. Disputes
In case of disputes, I follow the guidelines of the General Complaints Board (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.
Swedish law applies to all purchases.
