REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing items online, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the item you ordered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to bornvilja@gmail.com with your name, address, email address, order number, and which item(s) the return applies to. I will then provide the return address and instructions.

You should return the item(s) immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying me of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items should be returned well-packaged and in their original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned item, I will refund the amount corresponding to the original value of the item, accounting for any damage. I reserve the right to deduct an amount if the item is not returned in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products with characteristics of custom-made or personalized items tailored at your request.
  • Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly agreed that the service may begin without the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and Defects

I inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should a product be damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact me so I can remedy the issue at no cost, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Please always contact me for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints should be made immediately after the defect is discovered.

If I am unable to remedy the issue or deliver a similar product, I will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. I reserve the right to charge return shipping for approved complaints.

I reserve the right to deny a complaint if the item is found not to be defective under consumer protection legislation. For complaints, I follow the guidelines of the General Complaints Board (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) — see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

I accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
